# Sample Agent Estate Review readout

Canonical URL: https://celest.dev/agent-estate-review/sample

This page shows the shape of a Celest Agent Estate Review readout on a small fictional estate. The records are illustrative and fictional. The structure, evidence rules, and operating-plan format are the real deliverable.

Sample scope
------------

- Illustrative and fictional throughout
- Read-only and least-privilege
- 3 agents
- Primary platforms shown: Copilot Studio, Teams, and Foundry
- Fixed scope over 2 weeks

What the sample demonstrates
----------------------------

The sample is meant to show what the review hands a team:

- an executive readout that says what exists, what is healthy, what needs a decision, and what the evidence could not establish;
- one accountable record per agent;
- findings with attached evidence and named limitations;
- explicit unknowns instead of silent defaults; and
- a 30 / 60 / 90-day operating plan.

Illustrative estate summary
---------------------------

- 3 agents found
- 3 / 3 have an accountable sponsor
- 1 open high-severity least-privilege finding
- 2 / 3 sources available because the activity collector is not established

Named finding in the sample
---------------------------

The sample includes one high-severity finding: Manny's delivery lookup can write to a shared list even though the workflow only needs to read status. The proposed work is to reduce scope from `Sites.ReadWrite.All` to `Sites.Read.All` and run a smoke test. Nothing executes from the review itself.

Named unknowns in the sample
----------------------------

- Cost is unknown, not $0, because no billing source is connected.
- Estate-wide activity is not established, not "no activity," because the activity collector is not an authoritative audit log.
- Permission history is partial, not "no drift," because sampled history at 91% coverage leaves room for drift outside the sample.

Evidence discipline
-------------------

Every claim names its source, freshness, coverage, and limitation separately. Origin, coverage, evidence state, collector status, freshness, scope, and limitation stay distinct. That separation is part of the product.

Important boundary
------------------

This sample is not production evidence, not a customer report, and not a record of a real estate. It is a fictional example of the review format and evidence discipline.
