# Agent Workbench support

## Bring the exact thing that got stuck.

Support is available at [support@celest.dev](mailto:support@celest.dev?subject=Agent%20Workbench%20support). Tell us whether the issue is with a package, evaluation, MCP configuration, companion account, or host, then include the step and exact message.

Canonical URL: https://celest.dev/agent-workbench/support

Scope: packages, evaluations, MCP preflights, and companion. Availability: best effort; no response-time commitment.

## Contact support

For a preview invitation, [request access](mailto:support@celest.dev?subject=Agent%20Workbench%20preview&body=Hi%20Celest%2C%20I%27d%20like%20preview%20access%20to%20Agent%20Workbench.%0D%0A%0D%0AI%20use%3A%20%5BMicrosoft%20365%20Copilot%20%2F%20Copilot%20Cowork%20%2F%20both%5D%0D%0AWhat%20I%27m%20working%20on%3A%20%5Bone%20line%5D%0D%0A) and tell us which Microsoft service you use.

For Agent Workbench support, email [support@celest.dev](mailto:support@celest.dev?subject=Agent%20Workbench%20support). Say whether you are using Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Cowork, the companion account, or another documented path, and identify the step where the path stopped.

**Useful subject:** Agent Workbench · [host or flow] · [short issue]

## What to include

- The host or flow: Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Cowork, the companion account, package processing, an evaluation, or an MCP configuration preflight.
- The step: sign-in, account confirmation, package upload, inspection, revision, repair, export, evaluation run, or preflight.
- The exact error or response, copied as text where possible.
- The approximate time and browser or host version if you know it.
- Whether the issue returns after signing out and signing in again.

A short description is enough. You do not need to send the whole package or a full evaluation result for a first question.

## Keep secrets out

Do not email passwords, access tokens, refresh tokens, client secrets, private keys, connection strings, or customer files. Redact tenant IDs, endpoint URLs, names, package content, and evaluation answers that your organization treats as sensitive.

Support will not ask you to paste a credential into chat or email. If an MCP preflight is involved, share the finding and transport type without sending a token or secret.

## Package, evaluation, and MCP help

For a package issue, tell us whether inspection, revision, repair, or export is affected and whether the original or corrected copy shows the problem. For an evaluation issue, include the case name and comparison or result identifier if one is visible.

Hosted workspace content becomes unavailable after seven days without meaningful activity. Background polling and status reads do not extend that period. An hourly cleanup works through eligible stored copies in batches and retries incomplete cleanup. Removal can finish after the access cutoff; if a deletion remains pending, support can help check its status.

For a workspace deletion request, identify the signed-in account and workspace name or identifier. Workspace deletion covers Celest-held originals, revisions, exports, copied evaluation data, and related investigation records. Account-wide deletion covers all workspaces owned by the verified Microsoft identity. We retain limited lifecycle records needed to enforce deletion and prevent late writes from restoring content. Other retained records are described in the [privacy notice](https://celest.dev/agent-workbench/privacy).

For an MCP configuration preflight, include the exact finding and the configured transport type. A preflight connects to the endpoint to check configuration and read its catalog. It does not run the advertised tools or grant permission for a later tool invocation.

## Account help

If your preview includes a companion account, open it from the address in your invitation. Account settings let you edit your details, sign out, and use “Delete my Workbench account and data.” That action uses the verified signed-in identity, removes Celest-held workspaces and related content, then closes the companion account and its sessions. Cleanup may remain pending while failures are retried.

Workbench deletion does not delete your Microsoft account or conversations, change a Microsoft host installation, revoke a provider-side grant, or cancel a Marketplace subscription. Provider backups and recovery copies may remain after deletion. If the account action cannot complete, contact support with the account and workspace details so we can investigate the pending deletion without asking for credentials.

For privacy or deletion questions, use the same support address and mention “privacy request” in the subject.
