Celest · Helpdesk Triage · Uninstall
Leave cleanly.
Keep the records.
Everything the package leaves behind is in your tenant or in an operator’s browser, and each item has a removal step below. Your lists are yours; the rest is a few clicks in your own tenant. Celest holds no product data, so there is nothing to ask Celest to delete. Limited preview — enrolling by conversation.
Before removal
If a proposal is open in a card, deny it or leave it undecided; nothing has changed. Runs already applied are recorded in the Celest Triage Runs list and stay there as your records.
Removal sequence
- 01Remove the package
A tenant administrator removes Celest Helpdesk Triage from the tenant app catalog; it was deployed tenant-wide, so there is no site-by-site retraction. The Copilot component, the page web part and the list command stop loading.
- 02Delete the list command
If you keep the tickets list, the “Celest Helpdesk” custom action stays registered on it; with the package gone, SharePoint has nothing to load for it. Remove the registration if you want it gone too: a REST DELETE on the list’s UserCustomActions, the same call setup used to add it, or PnP PowerShell’s custom action cmdlets.
- 03Decide about the lists
Celest Helpdesk Tickets, Celest Triage Runs and Celest Helpdesk Configuration are ordinary SharePoint lists you own. Keep them as records or delete them; deleting them is the only way to delete their contents, and it follows your SharePoint retention settings.
- 04Delete the site agent
Delete Celest Helpdesk.agent from the Copilots folder of the site’s Site Assets library. If it was the site’s main agent, pick another in Site AI or clear the setting.
- 05Sample tickets
If you added the eight sample tickets, delete them from the tickets list or delete the list.
- 06Browser memory
Each operator’s browser keeps the site URL the card last used, in its own site storage; clearing that browser’s site data removes it. The Copilots folder in Site Assets stays as an ordinary, empty folder you can delete.
What Celest deletes
Nothing, because Celest holds no product data. If you wrote to [email protected] and want that mail deleted, say so in a reply and it will be, unless a legal, security or accounting record requires keeping it.
